Your information is used solely to analyse your electricity account, conduct retailer tenders on your behalf, and manage your contract renewals. We do not use it for anything unrelated to the services we provide.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with electricity retailers and metering providers as part of your tender process. We do not sell or trade your data to anyone.

Third party tools

We use Wix, Google Analytics, and a CRM platform to operate our business. These tools may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How we keep it secure

We store information in both electronic and hardcopy form. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes access controls, confidentiality requirements for staff and contractors, and secure storage of records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of non-essential communications via the link in any email we send.
